We offer you our expertise in a wide variety of areas: destination knowledge, selection of accommodations, familiarity with area attractions, itinerary design, problem resolution, and public performance arrangements. In short, we’ll assist you in all aspects of group tour operations, including planning, arranging, developing and conducting your trip. Full time group travel coordinators are available to consult with you and provide input on the many possibilities available to you at each destination.

With Suburban Tours, you only need to make one call. Leave all aspects of the travel planning process in our capable hands. Our group tours include transportation, accommodations, meals, sightseeing and specialty activities. Our experienced tour managers travel with you to insure all details come together smoothly, thus guaranteeing your travel success.

Our History

Suburban Tours, a division of Suburban Travel Agency, Inc., has been operating since 1976. Created specifically as a tour operator specializing in student travel, we focused originally on student performance tours for band and choral groups. Building on the experience gained from these student tours, we began to share our expertise with a variety of other groups. Today we’re proud to offer a wide range of programs designed to be customized to the specific interests and objectives of each group.

Our Mission

We believe in the value of being introduced to new places, new experiences, new people. People of all ages are enriched by the opportunity to immerse themselves in a different culture, and to experience the wide diversity of the world’s peoples.

All types of organizations and groups benefit from the fun and interactive nature of group travel. For student groups, in particular, we believe students will also acquire important values and social skills.
